Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.
All orders are shipped from Indiana, and the delivery time frame depends on where the order is being shipped to. We ship USPS and UPS.
An email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after an order is successfully submitted. When your order ships, another email notification will arrive with package tracking information.
Orders $100 and over (before shipping and taxes are added) receive FREE Standard Shipping to the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your French Knot accessory or gift and wish to return or wish to exchange it with a different style on our website, you may do so within 30 days from the order date.
** Returns must be made within 30 days from the order date. Don’t forget to stop by our FAQ page to review our fit and care tips.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return/exchange and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
**Only purchases made directly through FRENCHKNOT.COM are eligible for return or exchange. Products with prices ending in .99 are NOT eligible for returns.**
