If you are not completely satisfied with your French Knot accessory or gift and wish to return, you may do so within 30 days from the order date. A $8.00 label fee applies for the Prepaid Return Label we provide you unless the item is damaged or a wrong item is received. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Only purchases made directly through FRENCHKNOT.COM are eligible for return. If you purchased French Knot pieces through an independent online or physical store, you must return the item to the store where it was purchased.
• We only accept unworn and unwashed items for return. All tags must be attached and returned in original packaging. 
• **Products with prices ending in .99 are NOT eligible for returns.**

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

** Returns must be made within 30 days from the order date. Return must be received and processed within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund to the original form of payment.
