French Knot gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 45 days of original purchase. *Applicable for orders placed between Nov. 11 - Jan. 1, 2025.
Please allow 2 weeks during this holiday season for your return to be processed.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.
All orders are shipped from Indiana, and the delivery time frame depends on where the order is being shipped to. We ship USPS and UPS. An email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after an order is successfully submitted. When your order ships, another email notification will arrive with package tracking information.
*Orders $100 and over (before shipping and taxes are added) receive FREE Standard Shipping to the United States. To qualify, simply ensure that your order reaches or exceeds $100 in a single transaction. Please note that this offer cannot be applied to multiple shipments for the same order.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your French Knot accessory or gift and wish to return, you may do so within 30 days from the order date. A $8.00 label fee applies for the Prepaid Return Label we provide you unless the item is damaged or a wrong item is received.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Only purchases made directly through FRENCHKNOT.COM are eligible for return. If you purchased French Knot pieces through an independent online or physical store, you must return the item to the store where it was purchased.
- We only accept unworn and unwashed items for return. All tags must be attached and returned in original packaging.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
** Returns must be made within 30 days from the order date. Return must be received and processed within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund to the original form of payment.
** We accept returns on international orders, however the buyer is responsible for sourcing the return label. Please contact us with the tracking information for your package and we will keep an eye out for it.
My tracking information says that my package was delivered, but I can't find it.
It's important to us that your package gets to you! We provide a tracking number for you to keep an eye on your package. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around with your neighbors incase another home may have received it by mistake.
We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for stolen or lost packages. If you have checked with your neighbors, please contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. If you suspect your package was stolen, please contact your local authorities.
