Can I wash my French Knot winter accessories?
Your accessory has been hand-knit with high-quality natural wools. We recommend hand washing in cold water only to preserve color and shape. Lay flat to dry.
I recieved my item, but it feels a little snug?
Our accessories are are handcrafted by an artisan, so no two pieces are exactly alike. If a hat feels a little snug, we suggest using an iron on steam setting to steam and stretch the hat to resize it (see our illustration below).
My pom pom looks a little flat... What can I do?
This is an easy fix. Use a fine bristle brush to lightly fluff pom to original shape. (see our illustration below)

How do I exchange an item?
Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. Exchanges on unworn items with tags must be made within 30 days from order the date. I need to return my item.
I purchased something on sale, can I still return it?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it. Click here for return instructions. Items with sale prices ending in .99 are not eligible for returns.
